Over the past year I've been following various blogs of people that adopted or are in the process of adopting. I've gained so much insight from them opening their hearts and lives in their blogs and am seeing firsthand how stressful, yet rewarding the adoption process it. It truly is a journey of trusting God! One blog I stumbled upon was www.mycrazyadoption.com. I literally found her blog from doing a search on blogspot for adoptions. Kari truly has a heart for adoption and assisting others with their adoptions, as well. It's a good blog to follow.
Kari blogged about a mission trip she took to Uganda and shared about Rebecca's ministry and included a link to Rebecca's blog. I read Rebecca's blog start to finish and that is how I found out about Ruth. I contacted her about sponsoring Ruth and we have developed a "cyber" friendship after that. I am so honored that she is allowing me to come see the word God is doing through her ministry. I know this experience will be priceless.
Praise the Lord for using the "blog world" to connect our lives!!!
